Ibis Egypt tours main aim is to satisfy all clients intend to visit Egypt, when you send us a request Ibis Egypt tours operator will contact you to fulfill all your needs, and once you accept the itinerary, you have to pay a deposit Either by Credit Card ( Visa or Master Card ) or by Bank Wire Transfer to Ibis Egypt tours this to secure your reservation, the time we will receive the deposit we will send you E. mail confirmation including the itinerary you have accepted.
Once you will receive our E-mail with the final confirmation you have to e-mail us back with your acceptance. 
If the client asked for adjustments what happen 
When the client receive and accept the final confirmation with the itinerary, any adjustments required from the client will be subject to availability, even If the full amount has been received and administrative fees will not be applied except Airline tickets, and changing hotel or Cruise category. 

Payment Policy:

Deposit for Individual Bookings : 

Clients required to pay 25% deposit from total amount before arrival at normal seasons this to secure space for their holiday. 
Clients required to pay 50% deposit from total amount before arrival at the high season “ Christmas, New Year or Easter period” this to secure space for their holiday. 
Ibis Egypt tours accepting deposit by Credit Card ( Visa or Master Card ) or Wire Bank transfer

Rest of Payment : 
Rest of payment can be either : 
- On Cash basis upon Arrival to Ibis Egypt tours representative 
- Or by Credit Card ( Visa or Master Card ) upon Arrival, Credit Card should be the same Credit Card of the same Traveler not any other Credit Card. 

Deposit for Group Bookings : 
Groups has to pay 50% deposit from total amount by Bank wire transfer to Ibis Egypt tours Bank account at the time of booking this to secure space for the group.
Rest of Payment : 
Group has to pay rest of payment by Bank wire transfer to Ibis Egypt tours Bank account maximum one month before group arrival.

Documents required for payment by credit card : 
If you prefer to pay by Credit Card, the following documents will be required as per our Bank regulations :

• A signed copy of your passport 
• A signed copy of your credit card both sides 
• Authorization with your signature which will allow Ibis Egypt tours to charge your credit card

Signature should match your signature on your credit card.

Cancellation :

If you would like to cancel your reservation, you have to send Ibis Egypt tours Fax or e. mail to cancel your holiday.
In case of cancellation, the following charges will be applied 
45 days before arrival, you will be charged only 6% from the deposit you have paid as Bank fees transaction. 
From 40 to 30 days before arrival, 25% from total amount of the tour price will be charged 
From 29 to 15 days before arrival, 50% from the total amount of the tour price will be charged. 
From 14 to 8 days before arrival, 75% from total amount of the tour price will be charged
From 7 to 1 days before arrival, 100% ( The total amount of your tour price ) will be charged
In addition cancelation fees will be applied for domestic flights as per domestic Airline cancelation policy. 

Refunds :

Normal refunds will be made to the same account and with the same method of payment you have made, but in case of no show refunds will not be possible.

Accommodation:

All prices for accommodation are per person in double room, Extra charges will be applied for single supplement, Hotels are named as an indication of quality, but rooms may be reserved at other hotels of similar quality.
All published prices inclusive of service charges and taxes, and prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Children Policy:

Children under 6 years old : will be free of charge “Sharing parents room”
Children from 6 to 11 years : will be charged 50% from the adult price “Sharing parents room”
Child from 12 years and more : will be charged as adult. 
In case of domestic or sleeper train reservations, supplement will be applied for your child.

Responsibility:

Ibis Egypt tours is a Travel Agency which is responsible for hotel reservation, boat, rail, or van and domestic reservations, and no liability for injury, illness, damage, loss, accident, delay, or irregularity to any person.

Ibis Egypt tours has no liability for force major, weather, God acts, governmental acts or any other authorities, riots, labor disputes, wars, civil disturbances, theft, mechanical breakdowns, quarantines, acts of default, delays, cancellations or changes made by any hotel, carrier, or restaurant. Responsibility is not accepted for any additional expenses.

Complaints :
In case you have any complaints with your holiday while you are in Egypt, kindly notify Ibis Egypt tours immediately, and Ibis Tours Egypt will solve any problem. If you find that your problem is not solved, kindly call Ibis Egypt tours chairman while you are still in Egypt and enjoying your tour, and the chairman for sure will solve your problem immediately, and even after return back home if you are feeling that you are not satisfied with the services, please write to the Egyptian Travel Agent Association.

Tip :

Tip is not compulsory, it is customary, it is a matter of satisfaction with the services, so if you were feeling that you are satisfied with the services you can pay, and if you felt that you are not satisfied, please do not pay any tip, at any case the staff will appreciate tip, as they will feel that they have done their best by offering excellent services, and taking care of the clients.

Acceptance : 

The contract constituted by the company's acceptance of the client's booking, subject to these booking conditions, shall constitute the entire agreement between the Client and the Company. The payment of a deposit or final payment by bank transfer or credit card indicates that tour participants have read and accepted all terms and conditions and agree to abide by them.
