Day 1 Arrive in Cairo - A Warm Egyptian Welcome

As you step foot in Cairo, the vibrant energy of the city envelops you. Our friendly guide will be waiting at the airport to greet you with a warm smile and assist you with a seamless transfer to your hotel. Take a moment to relax and soak in the anticipation of the incredible experiences that lie ahead.

Day 2 Cairo Day Tour - Unveiling Ancient Wonders

After a delicious breakfast to fuel your day, your Ibis Egypt tour representative will pick you up from your hotel. Today, get ready to be captivated by the wonders of Cairo. Your first stop is the legendary Pyramids of Giza. As you stand before the awe-inspiring pyramids of Cheops, Chephren, and Mykerinus, you'll feel the weight of history and marvel at their grandeur. Don't forget to take some fantastic photos from the Panorama area, where you can capture the perfect shot of these iconic structures.

Next, prepare to encounter the enigmatic Sphinx and visit the fascinating Valley Temple.

Afterward, indulge in a scrumptious lunch at a delightful oriental restaurant in Cairo. But the adventure doesn't end there! Hop on a Sleeper Train and journey to Aswan, where you'll explore the renowned Egyptian Museum, home to countless treasures from ancient Egypt.

As the day comes to a close, you'll be transferred to the Giza train station to board the Sleeper Train. Enjoy a delicious dinner and settle in for a comfortable overnight journey.

Day 3 Nile Cruise - Sail the Majestic Nile

Wake up to the beauty of Aswan as your Ibis Egypt tours representative greets you at the train station. Prepare to explore the wonders that await you. Begin with a visit to the majestic High Dam, a marvel of modern engineering . Next, marvel at the Unfinished Obelisk and delve into the history of the mighty Philae Temple, dedicated to the goddesses Isis and Hathor. As the day ends, you'll be escorted to your Nile Cruise, ready to embark on an unforgettable journey from Aswan to Luxor enjoy a delectable dinner onboard your Nile Cruise and spend a restful night as you sail along the Nile's tranquil waters.

Day 4 Temples of Legends - Visit Kom Ombo Temple

Enjoy your breakfast on board and start sailing to Kom Ombo the double Shared Temple of gods Sobek & Haeroris.
After that, you will be back to enjoy your lunch onboard on the Nile Cruise.
Continue sailing towards Edfu.
Enjoy Dinner onboard.

Day 5 Visit Edfu Temple & East Bank of Luxor

Enjoy your breakfast on board. Try a new adventure by a horse-drawn carriage to visit the Edfu Temple of God Horus. Then return to the Nile Cruise, and continue sailing to Luxor via Esna lock. Once the cruise arrives in Luxor, visit Luxor Temple and Karnak complex on the east bank of Luxor. After that, you will go back to your cruise. Enjoy your dinner on board. In the evening enjoy the Galabia Party on the cruise.

Day 6 West Bank Tour

Enjoy your breakfast on board; today we will say goodbye to the Nile Cruise, as today is your final departure day from your cruise. Our Egyptology tour guide will join you to visit Hatshepsut temple, Colossi of Memnon & Valley of the Kings.

Prepare for your journey back to Cairo on a Sleeper Train in the evening. Your Ibis Egypt Tours representative will escort you to Luxor train station, where you'll board the train for a comfortable overnight ride. Indulge in a delicious dinner and drift off to sleep, relishing the memories of your incredible Nile Cruise adventure.

Day 7 Day at Leisure in Cairo - Your Choice, Your Adventure

Optional: Take an excursion to visit Alexandria city where you will taste different cultures at Cata Comb of Kom El-Shokafa, Qaitbai Citadel, and Alexandria Library. Walk through the magnificent Montazah Palace, or try to treat yourself by visiting the Roman amphitheater (If the visit is allowed) Other different activities are allowed at night. Dinner Cruise on the magic Nile River where you can enjoy Belly Dancing shows and watch Folklore shows. Overnight in Cairo.

Day 8 Final Departure

Today we say goodbye to Egypt. After enjoying your tasty breakfast, our representative will escort you to Cairo International Airport for final departure.

It is a private 8 day / 7 night package that runs daily: 2 nights in Cairo with breakfast, 3 nights on a 5-star Nile cruise with breakfast, lunch and dinner, and 2 nights on the Abela sleeper train. It includes airport meet and transfer, a Cairo day tour with an English-speaking guide, the Nile cruise sightseeing, entrance fees, a bottle of water per person, and all service charges and taxes.

On Day 2 you board the sleeper train from Giza to Aswan, and you start the Nile cruise in Aswan. After disembarking in Luxor on Day 6, you take the sleeper train back to Cairo.

The Giza Pyramids, the Sphinx and the Egyptian Museum in Cairo; the High Dam, the Unfinished Obelisk and Philae Temple in Aswan; Kom Ombo and Edfu temples; Luxor Temple and Karnak; and the Valley of the Kings, Hatshepsut Temple and the Colossi of Memnon. Day 7 is free in Cairo, with an optional Alexandria excursion.

International flights, the visa to Egypt, optional tours and tips. Seeing the Grand Egyptian Museum instead of the Old Egyptian Museum costs USD 25 per person extra. Going inside the pyramids costs extra and tickets can be bought on the spot: USD 35 for the Great Pyramid and USD 15 for the second or third pyramid.

There are two Cairo hotel levels: Golden (Ramses Hilton) and Silver (Pyramids Park Resort Hotel). There is also a "Without Hotel in Cairo" option that only removes the hotel; the Nile cruise and sleeper train stay included.
